The Day Centre has been very busy this month with lots of lovely outings. A drive to Tumby Bay for lunch at the Ritz Cafe, everyone had yummy meals and a great day. Also Lunch at the Ming Inn, Coffee and Cake at the Pt Lincoln Hotel, our clients really enjoy getting out and about for special outings and afternoon drives. We have been very active in our garden making it look colourful with some beautiful Mary Gold’s, some lovely violet creepers and some herbs for our cooking group. On a Tuesday there’s cooking group that has been very successful making lots of delicious Sweets and Savouries to eat.
The Day Centre has been very tuneful this month with lots of bands visiting, The Probus Choir, Boston Country Band and the Pt Lincoln Singers. Our clients enjoy the company and have a good sing along. The craft ladies have been very busy making lots of different crafts from card making, to mosaicing and magnets for them to take home.
