HOME CARE ENROLLED NURSE / CASE MANAGER   

Matthew Flinders Care Services is seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our Home Care team as a Home Care Enrolled Nurse / Case Manager.

The Home Care Enrolled Nurse / Case Manager would contribute to the day to day care of the care recipients including wound care, medication management, clinical assessments and ensuring all their care needs are met as per their support plan.

CASUAL HOME SUPPORT WORKER (25-30 hours a week)

The Home Support Worker would assist our Care Recipients with day to day activities and  provide high quality care in their home and in the community. Duties may include assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication support  (in house training provided), helping around the home with light housework and shopping support.

The successful applicants will have:

  • Relevant qualifications and or experience
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Pass a Pre-Employment Medical
  • Current Drivers Licence with suitable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Current First Aid Certificate

PART-TIME REGISTERED NURSE

PART-TIME KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Matthew Flinders Care Services are seeking to employ a Part-Time Kitchen Assistant to join our team.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you would work within the kitchen team and contribute with the day to day operations of the kitchen, serving of the care recipients meals, preparing and presenting a range of food items in accordance with food safety. As well as washing and putting away dishes and kitchen utensils and keeping the workplace clean and tidy.

The successful applicant will :

  • Have a passion for creating food and willing to learn
  • Cert 2 in Kitchen Operations or equivalent.
  • Display good communication and people skills.
  • Be punctually and reliability and have a strong work ethic
  • Hold a current National Police Check
  • Pass a pre-employment medical

The Allied Health Professional would be responsible for

  • the assessment of all new care recipients and referrals.
  • planning and implementing care needs necessary for the treatment and comfort of the Care Recipients within the organisation across all sites.
  • effectively documenting and recording care and treatment needs to support ACFI claims.
