Matthew Flinders Community Care are excited to announce that we have been successful in attracting funding through the Primary Health Network.
These funds will enable to provide a new Emergency Respite Program.
This program will support families of the Lower Eyre Peninsula region who are experiencing difficulties accessing respite or caring for a loved one with dementia. We can provide individual or group respite options in both the home and community setting, and can cater for different family requirements.
Our staff are passionate about and well trained in dementia care. We are so pleased to be able to offer this much needed service to our community.
