Matthew Flinders Care Services are seeking to employ enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Educator to join our dynamic team.
The Clinical Nurse Educator would coordinate the assessment, development, implementation, support and evaluation of the education and training needs of staff and students working within Matthew Flinders Care Services.
The successful applicant will:
have a current AHPRA registration
have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
have experience in the aged care sector or the community nursing environment
have an understanding of the ANNAC and relevant documentation in line with the Australian Aged Care Quality Standards
hold a current NDIS Worker Screening or be willing to obtain.
pass a pre-employment medical
provide evidence of current Influenza vaccination.

DAY CENTRE PERSONAL CARER
Matthew Flinders Care Services are seeking to employ a Personal Carer to join our team at the Day Centre.
At the Day Centre you will support Day Centre activities including contributing to the planning of activities, assisting with transports, outings and personal care of Care Recipients.
The successful applicant will:
have a certificate 3 in Aged Care or Individual Support
have current First Aid Certificate
have current Bus Licence or willing to obtain (desirable)
hold a current NDIS Worker Screening or be willing to obtain

CARE PARTNER
Matthew Flinders Care Services is seeking to employ an Enrolled Nurse to join the Home Care team as a Care Partner.
As a Care Partner you will be responsible for delivering care management activities that enable older people to live safely and independently at home, providing ongoing planning, monitoring, service coordination, education and direct nursing tasks —with a strong focus on wellness, reablement, and culturally safe care.
The Care Partner works closely with Clinical Care Partner when a client’s needs require advanced clinical input or complex care planning.
The role is ideally Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30pm, offering flexible working hours for the right applicant, as well as excellent salary packaging benefits – increase your take home pay!

CLINICAL CARE PARTNER
Matthew Flinders Care Services is seeking to employ a Registered Nurse to join the Home Care team as a Clinical Care Partner.
As a Clinical Care Partner you will be responsible for delivering clinical care management for older people with complex or higher-level needs. This role provides advanced assessment, planning, and oversight of care where clinical input is required, ensuring participants can live safely and with dignity at home.
The Clinical Care Partner ensures that services address both clinical and non-clinical needs. The role combines advanced clinical judgment with care coordination, education, and participant advocacy, embedding wellness, reablement, and cultural safety into all aspects of care.

ANCILLARY ASSISTANT (CLEANER)
Matthew Flinders Care Services are seeking to employ a casual Ancillary Assistant (Cleaner) to join our team.
As an Ancillary Assistant (Cleaner), you will contribute to the general cleaning of the residential facility as required. Shifts are 7:45am—3:15pm Monday to Friday and weekend shifts are 7:45am—1:45pm.
The successful applicant will :
Have cleaning experience
Display good communication and people skills.
Be punctual and reliable and have a strong work ethic
Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening
Pass a pre-employment medical
