REGISTERED NURSE

Matthew Flinders Care Services are seeking to employ enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team in the Residentials     facility.

As a Registered Nurse you would assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of care recipients care plans and clinical nursing needs within the program limitations and in conjunction with the Clinical team. 

Part-time and casual positions available.

The successful applicant will:

  • have a current AHPRA registration

  • have a calling to care.

  • display good communication and people skills.

  • be punctual and reliable and have a strong work ethic

  • hold a current NDIS Worker Screening or be willing to obtain.

  • pass a pre-employment medical

  • provide evidence of current Influenza vaccination

CLINICAL NURSE EDUCATOR

DAY CENTRE PERSONAL CARER 

Matthew Flinders Care Services are seeking to employ a Personal Carer to join our team at the Day Centre.

At the Day Centre you will support Day Centre activities including contributing to the planning of activities, assisting with transports, outings and personal care of Care Recipients.

CLINICAL CARE PARTNER

Matthew Flinders Care Services is seeking to employ a Registered Nurse to join the Home Care team as a Clinical Care Partner.

As a Clinical Care Partner you will be responsible for delivering clinical care management for older people with complex or higher-level needs. This role provides advanced assessment, planning, and oversight of care where clinical input is required, ensuring participants can live safely and with dignity at home.

The Clinical Care Partner ensures that services address both clinical and non-clinical needs. The role combines advanced clinical judgment with care coordination, education, and participant advocacy, embedding wellness, reablement, and cultural safety into all aspects of care.

The role is ideally Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30pm, offering flexible working hours for the right applicant, as well as excellent salary packaging benefits – increase your take home pay!

The successful applicant will:

  • have a current AHPRA registration

  • have experience in case management (desirable but not essential)

  • knowledge of Home Care Packages highly desirable

  • have or obtain a NDIS Worker Screening

AFTER HOURS PALLIATIVE CARE REGISTERED NURSE

Matthew Flinders Care Services are are looking to establish a casual pool of Registered Nurses to be rostered on call (flexible rostering) to assist us with home visits for the Eyre Peninsula Home Hospice Service.

The successful applicant must:

  • have a current AHPRA registration.

  • have or obtain a NDIS Worker Screening

  • pass a pre-employment medical

  • provide evidence of current Influenza vaccination

  • have a calling to care.
