DAY CENTRE BUS DRIVER

Matthew Flinders Care Services is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Bus Driver to join our Day Centre team.

This position is casual position with around 16 hours per week.

The Bus Driver will

  • Be responsible for the safe and reliable transport of clients to and from the Day Centre and on community outings

  • Assist clients with mobility and access needs

  • Maintain a clean and well presented bus

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a current S.A. bus licence class LR with accreditation certificate

  • Display good communication and people skills.

  • Be punctually and reliability and have a strong work ethic                                 

  • Have or obtain a NDIS Worker Screening

  • Pass a pre-employment medical

  • Provide evidence of current Influenza vaccination

DAY CENTRE LIFESTYLE COORDINATOR 

Matthew Flinders Care Services is seeking an experienced and innovative Lifestyle Coordinator at our Day Centre!

As Lifestyle Coordinator you will design and lead a dynamic Day Centre monthly activity calendar based on wellness and reablement that aims to achieve attendees social, physical and wellness goals.

Day to day tasks will include leading the activities at the Day Centre, planning new outings and activities, promoting Day Centre activities, maintain attendance records and meet with Care Recipients to identify new opportunities. 

This role is Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30pm, offering flexible working hours for the right applicant, as well as excellent salary packaging benefits –     increase your take home pay!

The successful applicant will:

  • Cert IV in Community Services (Lifestyle and Leisure) or equivalent

  • Experience in coordinating aged care activities desirable

  • Have or obtain a NDIS Worker Screening

CARE PARTNER

Matthew Flinders Care Services is seeking to employ an Enrolled Nurse to join the Home Care team as a Care Partner.

As a Care Partner you will be responsible for delivering  care management activities that enable older people to live safely and independently at home, providing ongoing planning, monitoring, service coordination, education and direct nursing tasks —with a strong focus on wellness, reablement, and culturally safe care.

The Care Partner works closely with Clinical Care Partner when a client’s needs require advanced clinical input or complex care planning.

CLINICAL CARE PARTNER

Matthew Flinders Care Services is seeking to employ a Registered Nurse to join the Home Care team as a Clinical Care Partner.

As a Clinical Care Partner you will be responsible for delivering clinical care management for older people with complex or higher-level needs. This role provides advanced assessment, planning, and oversight of care where clinical input is required, ensuring participants can live safely and with dignity at home.

The Clinical Care Partner ensures that services address both clinical and non-clinical needs. The role combines advanced clinical judgment with care coordination, education, and participant advocacy, embedding wellness, reablement, and cultural safety into all aspects of care.

HOME SUPPORT WORKER 

Matthew Flinders Care Services are seeking to employ an experienced Home Support Workers to join our ever growing Home Care team providing high quality in-home care to people within the Port Lincoln region to help them achieve their goals and live their best lives. 

As an experienced Home Support Worker you working closely with people to achieve their goals, assist with day to day activities and provide high quality care in their home and in the community. Duties may include assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication support (in house training provided), helping around the home with light housework and shopping support. Flexibility to work after hours and on weekends an advantage. Casual & Perm Part Time positions available.

The successful applicant will:

  • have a certificate 3 in Aged Care or Individual Support

  • have current First Aid Certificate

  • have a current Drivers Licence with suitable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

  • hold a current NDIS Worker Screening or be willing to obtain.

AFTER HOURS PALLIATIVE CARE REGISTERED NURSE

Matthew Flinders Care Services are are looking to establish a casual pool of Registered Nurses to be rostered on call (flexible rostering) to assist us with home visits for the Eyre Peninsula Home Hospice Service.
