Complaints are important to us as they let us know that you have a concern about a service that you are receiving and this helps us to continuously improve what we are doing.
You can make a complaint without fear of reprisal. Your complaint will be handled respectfully, confidentially and fairly.
Whistleblowing disclosures can be made if you have a serious issue to raise, where you think Matthew Flinders Care Services or one of our workers has broken the law.
