Feedback and Complaints give you the opportunity to let us know if you are satisfied with the way we provide a particular service, or if you have a concern. We would like to hear your suggestions or comments on any issues that impact you.
You can provide feedback or make a complaint without fear of reprisal and your feedback or complaint will be handled respectfully, confidentially and fairly. This will help us to contribute to the continuous improvement of the way we deliver our Aged Care services.
Whistleblowing disclosures can be made if you have a serious issue to raise, where you think Matthew Flinders Care Services or one of our workers has broken the law.
